Practical details make all the difference for pop-ups: Mica Studios provides private gated parking for up to 30 stacked vehicles (plus overflow), central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen for catering or demos, and a building-wide Sonos sound system. The property is fully production-friendly, ensuring that set builds, tear-downs, and guest flow are seamless.
